[Ingredients]
・100g white chocolate
・30g unsalted butter
・2 Tbsp milk
・2 large eggs
・10g sugar
・10g matcha powder
・15g cake powder
[Instructions]
➊ Melt the white chocolate
❷ Separate egg yolk and white into different bowls. Beat the egg yolk. Mix egg white until it forms stiff peaks. Then add sugar and mix again.
❸ Add the melted butter, milk, and egg yolk to the white chocolate bowl and mix
❹ Sift matcha powder and cake flour into the bowl. Mix everything
❺ Add the egg white and mix in by folding
❻ Add the batter to your small ramekins
❼ Bake in the oven at 320 °F for 50 minutes
❽ After that, let them cool down. Sift matcha powder or sugar on top of the cake to finish!
