Ingredients
  

  • 150 g sliced pork Use any of your favorite meat! And skip for vegetarian or vegan.
  • 60 g carrot About 60-70g.
  • 60 g large onion About 60-70g.
  • 80 g cabbage About 80-100g.
  • 80 g bean sprouts About 80-100g.
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon sake
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • teaspoon torigara soup base or bouillon I recommend you to use Torigara soup base, but if you don't have access to buy it, bouillon is ok too.
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • This is great with rice. So I recommend you make rice first! Here is how to make Rice.
  • Slice the pork into bite size pieces. Slice the onion thinly. Chop the cabbage into chunks. Cut the carrot into strips.
  • Sauce : In a small bowl, add oyster saucetorigara soup basesakesoy saucesugar, and mirin. Mix everything.

To cook

  • In a medium or large pan, turn the heat to medium and add sesame oil. After warming up, add onion.
  • After the onion is cooked, add the pork.
  • After the pork is cooked completely, add cabbage and carrot for 3 minutes.
  • Add bean sprouts and the sauce you made. Stir everything well on high heat for 3 minutes.
  • To finish, add black pepper.
  • Let's serve! This is amazing with rice :)
