Perchament paper for roll cake

  • 11” x 11” (about 28 cm x 28 cm) baking pan HERE to buy
  • Parchment paper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a baking pan. Preferred 11” x 11” (about 28 cm x 28 cm) baking pan
  • Measure 2.5 inches more than the baking pan
  • Cut the parchment paper
  • Put the parchment paper into the baking pan and sides equally
  • Mark all the sides using your finger.
  • Then take the parchment paper out and mark again.
  • Cut only the red line. Do all 4 sides.
  • Add butter to avoid movement when adding the batter.
  • Put the paper back to the baking pan.
  • Stick all the sides to the butter.
  • Make sure the corners all fit.
  • This is the corner of the pan
