Ingredients
  

  • 300 g thinly sliced pork
  • 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 large onion 1/2 is about about 115-135 g (Change depending on how many Serving you set)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon minced ginger Here to buy. If you prefer strong flavor of ginger, add another 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce Here to buy
  • 1 Tablespoon mirin Here to buy
  • 1 Tablespoon sake Here to buy

Let's make Grilled Ginger Pork

  • Slice onion thinly.
  • Cut pork into about 1.5 inch (4cm) pieces.
  • In a small bowl, add the cut pork and all-purpose flour. Mix them well.
  • In a medium pan, turn the heat to medium low and add vegetable oil and the onion. Cook until the onion gets softer and clear color.
  • Add the cut pork. Cook the onion and the pork through.
  • Add all the ingredients (sugar, minced ginger, soy sauce, mirin, and sake) and cook with medium heat for 3 minutes.

  • Let's serve! Add cooked rice on the side and thinly sliced cabbage.
