Ingredients
  

Yakisoba Ingredients *this yakisoba recipe, you can make 2 people Omusoba.

  • 1 pack Yakisoba Noodles This is what I use
  • 70 g ground meat Your choice of meat. If you don't want to add meat, you can skip adding meat. I use ground pork in this recipe.
  • 40 g cabbage About 40-50g.
  • 30 ml water
  • 1/2 Tablespoon sesame oil HERE to buy

Yakisoba sauce Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce HERE to buy
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce HERE to buy
  • 1 Tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce HERE to buy
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Omelet ingredients

  • 4 large egg(s)
  • 4 Tablespoon whole milk

Topping

  • Japanese mayonnaise HERE to buy
  • Tonkatsu sauce HERE to buy

Instructions
 

Preparation - Yakisoba *this yakisoba recipe, makes Omusoba for 2 people.

  • Slice cabbage thinly.
  • Sauce : In a small bowl, add Worcestershire saucesoy sauceketchup, sugar and oyster sauce. Mix everything.
  • In a medium pan, turn the heat to medium. Add thin layer of vegetable oil and ground meat. Cook until the meat is completely cooked.
  • Add the sliced cabbage, noodles, water in the pan. Loosen the noodles while cooking with a fork or chopsticks.
  • After the noodles are all loose, add the sauce and sesame oil. Stir well for 4-5 minutes.
    Yakisoba is done! This yakisoba can make Omusoba for 2 people. So separate into 2 bowls.

Omurice

  • In a small bowl, add eggs and milk. Mix everything. Separate into 2 bowls.
  • In a medium pan, turn the heat to medium and add thin layer of vegetable oil and one bowl of the beaten egg. Shape it circle. Do not mix and cook until the egg no longer sticks to the pan.
  • Add a bowl of Yakisoba in the middle of the egg. Wrap the Yakisoba on both sides with egg. Please make sure sure to fold the edges around Yakisoba with the egg omelet.
  • Place a plate on top of the pan. Simply flip over so that the Omusoba is on the plate.
  • Make another omusoba!
