Matcha Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 100 ml heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1 ½ Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder HERE to buy
  • 3 g gelatin HERE to buy

Topping sauce (option①)

  • 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon whole milk

Topping (option②)

  • heavy (whipping) cream

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, add milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Turn the heat to medium-low, and when the sugar melts, turn the heat to low.
    * do not boil.
  • In a small bowl, add matcha powder and 1 Tbsp of warm milk(①) and make it melt well.
  • In a small bowl, add gelatin and 1 Tbsp warm water. Make sure it melts well.
  • Add the melt gelatin and matcha powder to the pot. Mix everything well.
  • In pudding bowls add the mixture while putting through into fine mesh sieve.
  • Put the matcha puddings to the fridge for at least 2-3 hours!

Topping option ① *If you want

  • In a small bowl, add matcha powder, sugar, and warm milk. Mix well until matcha powder and sugar are dissolved.

Let's eat!

  • Take out the pudding from the fridge. Check if the pudding has set.
  • Eat by itself is good but you can add whipping cream or matcha sauce as topping!
