Making mixed rice after rice is cooked Mince the onion .
Use a pan and turn to medium heat . Add oil (I use sesame oil) and add minced onion . Stir and cook until the onion turns a little clear.
Add ground chicken . Cook until the color changes.
Add butter and mix through.
After the butter melts and is well mixed, add ketchup , sugar , and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
After stirring, add milk and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice , salt , and black pepper and stir well.
Move it to a bowl from the pan.
Omelette Use a medium size bowl. Add eggs , salt , black pepper , sugar and milk . Mix well until the yellow color is equal.
Please split the beaten eggs into 2 bowls. You can simply prepare two bowls. This means for 2 people.
Use a medium size pan and turn the heat to medium-low . Add a little butter. Add 2/3 of the beaten eggs from the bowl.
Quickly swirl around with chopsticks like you make scrambled eggs.
Collect and shape into a circle, then add the rest of the beaten egg from the bowl to the pan to fill up the gaps. Do not mix.
Cook for 1 minute with medium low heat and turn off. You can still see a little bit of runny egg.
Let's eat! Place the mixed rice first, then add the omelette on top by just sliding the egg on top of the rice.
Let's serve! Add ketchup or cheese on top of Omurice if you want!
