Meat Sauce
- 150 g ground pork
- 1/2 large onion about 115-135g
- 1 carrot about 140g
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic HERE to buy
- 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon bouillon HERE to buy
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Cut carrot and onion into small pieces
In a pan, turn the heat to medium low and add olive oil, garlic, and the onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add the carrot, ground pork, salt, and black pepper and cook until the meat is no longer pink.
Add tomato juice, bouillon, ketchup, and sugar to the pan and turn the heat to medium. Bring it to boil once.
After boiling, turn the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes until the sauce gets thick and no more water. Stir occasionally. Turn off after 10-15 minutes. This is the meat sauce! Meanwhile, make spaghetti.
