Preparation
If you want to add some toppings at the end, make them before making Abura Soba! Keep in mind that Ramen eggs take time to prepare, so please follow the article to make them first. Prepare the Chinese noodles first. In a pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add the Chinese noodles. Cook until the noodles are tender and softened.Drain the water using a strainer. Remove as much water as possible.

In a deep bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, torigara soup base, rice vinegar, and sugar. Mix everything well until the sugar melts.
Add the noodles and mix until the sauce and the noodles are well combined. If there’s any extra sauce, you can toss it.
