Bake bacon. I always do 400℉ for 20 minutes. After baking, please make sure to remove oil as much as possible using paper towel. Then cut in half.
In a medium bowl, add ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Make it circle and flat. It should be about 4 inches in diameter and 0.5 inches thick.
Use a medium pan, cook the patty with medium low heat. Cook for 3 minutes on each sides. When the patty is cooked well, there won't be any white oil coming out and instead there will be clear oil. Move it to a plate.
Use a small or medium pan, and put a circle egg mold on the pan. Turn the heat to medium low and crack an egg into the mold. After 1 minutes of heating, use a toothpick or chopstick to break the egg yolk lightly. Cook another 3-5 minutes until the egg is completely cooked. Move it to a plate.
In a medium bowl, add Japanese mayonnaise, ketchup, milk, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
If you prefer, toast the buns to the level you want.
Let's build the burger! From the top, add the sauce, bacon, egg, cheese and patty, then put the bottom of the buns. Turn over.
