Tsukimi burger
Equipment
- circle egg mold HERE to buy
Ingredients
- 1 set buns
- 100 g ground beef
- 1 large egg
- 1 cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 bacon
sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon milk
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Bake bacon. I always do 400℉ for 20 minutes. After baking, please make sure to remove oil as much as possible using paper towel. Then cut in half.
- In a medium bowl, add ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Make it circle and flat. It should be about 4 inches in diameter and 0.5 inches thick.
- Use a medium pan, cook the patty with medium low heat. Cook for 3 minutes on each sides. When the patty is cooked well, there won't be any white oil coming out and instead there will be clear oil. Move it to a plate.
- Use a small or medium pan, and put a circle egg mold on the pan. Turn the heat to medium low and crack an egg into the mold. After 1 minutes of heating, use a toothpick or chopstick to break the egg yolk lightly. Cook another 3-5 minutes until the egg is completely cooked. Move it to a plate.
- In a medium bowl, add Japanese mayonnaise, ketchup, milk, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
- If you prefer, toast the buns to the level you want.
- Let's build the burger! From the top, add the sauce, bacon, egg, cheese and patty, then put the bottom of the buns. Turn over.
Let's eat!
- This is really delicious McDonald's menu item that you can make at home!
