How to make wasabi avocado spaghetti pasta

Have you imagined that avocado and wasabi are a surprising and delicious combination? Especially with spaghetti, they are just amazing. Wasabi, also known as Japanese horseradish, has a flavor that has a touch of quickly fading heat. It is well known for its use in sushi and sashimi. However, you can use wasabi for other recipes like the one I am introducing today! Wasabi is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which can boost your immune system and prevent infections. In addition, avocado is a creamy and nutritious fruit that contains healthy fats and anti-inflammatory properties.

What is Wasabi

Wasabi is an essential part of everyday Japanese dishes, such as: sushi, sashimi, and soba noodles. It has an intensely sharp spiciness and a pleasantly refreshing flavor. The flavor is uniquely like a touch of quickly fading heat. Wasabi has a bactericidal effect, eliminates raw odors, and enhances the flavor of ingredients. Therefore, it is effective to pair it with raw foods. Additionally, wasabi is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which can boost your immune system and prevent infections. However, wasabi is not easy to grow, as it requires a mountain stream environment and shade-grown conditions. Organic wasabi is especially rare and prized in Japan.

You can find wasabi paste at any grocery store in the US, most likely. However, if you can’t find it at your local grocery store, you have some other options. Alternatively, you can go to an Asian grocery store or order it online from Amazon.
