Avocado Wasabi Spaghetti
Instructions
- Make spaghetti. Before tossing water, keep 2 Tbsp.
- Cut avocado into small chunks.

- In a small bowl, add wasabi, soy sauce, dashi powder, and pasta water. Mix everything well. This is the sauce.
- In a pan, add olive oil and minced garlic. Turn the heat to medium low heat and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add the sauce to the pan and stir quickly.
- Add the spaghetti and cut avocado to the pan. Stir everything.
