How to make garlic pepper rice

When you go camping, you want to eat an easy, heavy meal. This garlic pepper rice is super filling and I recommend it for your time at a camp site! It is easy to make and you only need one pan so you don’t need to prepare a lot of plates or kitchen appliances.

What is Garlic Pepper Rice

Pepper rice is the flagship menu item of the steak chain Pepper Lunch, which has over 100 stores in Japan and overseas.

A one-plate dish of beef seasoned with grated garlic and pepper, grilled with rice, and topped with green onions, corn, and other vegetables. At the store, pepper rice is topped with a special paste called “pepper paste” in the center. Eating this pepper paste with rice or beef makes the pepper rice even more delicious.
